Resource page on Universal design for learning (UDL)

From September to November 2020, AQEIPS and RIQEDI partnered up to work on a project presenting webinars, short videos and educational materials on inclusive pedagogy and UDL in the context of distance learning during a pandemic. The name of the project is Teaching inclusively in 2020: COVID-19, remote learning and universal design for learning

Several teachers and researchers who are experts on UDL, inclusive or online education presented on how to make distance education more enjoyable and inclusive for all during this unprecedented time. The three webinars will be open to all, but they will be particularly useful for post-secondary students, teachers, professors, course lecturers and counselors.

The project was financed by the Canadian Red Cross through its COVID-19 Emergency Support for Community Organizations program. This bilingual (French and English) project was meant to be accessible, so we offered simultaneous interpretation and captioning during the webinars.
