Bourse d’excellence (Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières)

The Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) foundation, through the Syndicat des professeurs et des professeures de l’UQTR  offers a $500 bursary to a student living with a handicap, regardless of the program or year of study in which the applicant is enrolled. The eligibility criteria are as follows:

• Be involved in a sport, artistic or social activity;  
• Hold a Canadian citizenship, permanent resident or  foreign student status;
• Be enrolled in a full-time or part-time program of study;
• Suffer from a physical handicap, a psychological handicap, or a learning disability (ADHD).

A single form available on the UQTR website must be completed. This form must be completed online and it is obligatory to fill in the sections pertaining to academic record and financial situation.  In addition, applicants must provide a document describing their handicap.
